We are actively seeking talented CAD operators to join our dynamic team based in Auckland.The Role:As a CAD Operator, you will play a vital role in our construction projects, contributing to the design and planning process. Your key responsibilities will include:Creating and modifying technical drawings and models using Civil 3D and AutoCAD, adhering to project requirements and design standards.Collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings, particularly in relation to water main pipes, volume calculations, and height differences.Revising drawings issued for construction, incorporating feedback and updates.Organizing and maintaining files and documentation, facilitating easy retrieval and reference for the project team.Assisting in producing and maintaining as-built drawings throughout the project lifecycle.About You:Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and related design tools.Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What's in it for you?HEB offers an excellent benefits package to our employees.
