Cabinetmaker Assistant

This is a minimum wage job. You need to be available to work on weekends and public holidays. Korean language ability is a must to work with the team. Drug test and police check will be required for successful candidates. Responsibilities of this role: •    Assisting in examining drawings, work orders and sample parts to determine specifications. •    Assisting in selecting and working with materials such as timber, veneers, particle board and synthetic wood. •    Assisting in marking out, cutting and shaping wood. •    Assisting cabinetmaker in working from drawings and specifications to make cabinets. •    Assisting in fitting hinges, locks, catches, drawers and shelves. •    Assembled parts to form sections of cabinets and completed articles. •    May repair and refurbish cabinets.
