Job Description
As the Produce, Herbs and Fruit (PHF) Supply Planner/Buyer, you'll be responsible for ensuring ingredient availability at most optimum supply chain setup i.e. in a timely and efficient manner, while also minimising costs and mitigating risk.
The PHF Planner / Buyer role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a proactive approach in building and maintaining supplier relationships. We're looking for someone confident in picking up the phone to resolve issues directly and ensure smooth, effective communication with our partners. This role requires a high level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders, from our Suppliers, to our Procurement, Production, Menu Planning, Warehouse and Logistics teams.

You will…
Be responsible for supply planning across your category, ensuring that ingredients are available on-time and in-full from our suppliers.
Plan and optimise the supply chain set up for your Suppliers, including Delivery Schedule and proactively eliminate supply risks, root cause issues and work on mitigation plans.
Investigate incidents reported and ensure systematic issue resolution.
Reporting on key business KPIs and Supplier Management metrics to management, colleagues and Suppliers.
You have…
3+ years of experience in one of the areas like supply chain or procurement, with experience in Produce being a bonus.
Demonstrated ability to investigate, root cause and action plan inefficiencies in processes.
Demonstrated ability to define and monitor process adherence metrics, as well as confidently communicate and report on them to stakeholders.
Strong and proven experience in multiple stakeholders management, with conflicting priorities.
Experience in working with G-Suite and Tableau is required.
Experience with utilising data to see trends and inform decisions.
