Butchery Manager Join our team as a full-time Butchery Manager at New World Paremata! We pay top market rates! We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Butchery Manager to work full-time in our butchery team. About the role: Daily cut & packing to the highest quality and standards of presentation. A strong people focus, leading a team of 2-3 people each day, and working well with others. Planning and executing all facets of the day-to-day operations of the department including ordering, filling, promotional planning, and operational processes. Achieve agreed retail standards, department sales, GP, and wage targets. What we're looking for: A qualified butcher with proven experience or a similar role in a retail or supermarket environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
