We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Butchery Manager to work full-time in our butchery team.
About the role: Daily cut & packing to the highest quality and standards of presentation.A strong people focus, leading a team of 2-3 people each day, and working well with others.Planning and executing all facets of the day-to-day operations of the department including ordering, filling, promotional planning, and operational processes.Achieve agreed retail standards, department sales, GP, and wage targets.What we're looking for: A qualified butcher with proven experience or a similar role in a retail or supermarket environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.What we offer: Top market pay rate.A fantastic workplace culture with a supportive team.New World Paremata is committed to offering a friendly focused working environment with a remuneration package that reflects the skills and potential of the successful applicant.
