Butchery Assistant Manager Butchery Assistant Manager Great opportunity within an outstanding Butchery Department Competitive hourly rate of $29.00 - $32.00 working Tuesday to Saturday Discount and other Incentive options Our Butchery team provides a superb offering and are really good at what they do.
We are at the stage where we want to expand this offering and create an exceptional buying experience for our customers by providing new and innovative products.
Having farewelled our Butchery 2IC, we need a qualified and experienced Butcher with great people and leadership skills to help lead the team to maximise sales and achieve budget targets.
Experience with SAP and previous management experience will be an advantage.
The Role: Enhance the reputation of the business by promoting and encouraging 'best practice' standards in product quality, range and customer service and managing the team in all operational aspects.
Maintain 'best practice' standards in Food Safety, Health & Safety, fair trading, and ensure 100% compliance with in-store policies and standard operating procedures.
Ensure all operational and stock control standards are fully implemented and targets are met or exceeded.
Use your creative flair to wow customers with new products not currently sold in store.
The role also includes the usual butchery back and front of house tasks.
