Permanent Full-Time Position up to 30+ hours week, 1 weekend day This role primarily involves cutting of primals, slicing and cutting all meat for the fresh retail case (Beef, Lamb, Pork, and Chicken).
It will include: Ordering of all meats and fish Management of the range of cuts Management of Markdowns and Wastage on a daily basis Maintaining cutting standards and presentation of the meat case.
Fish is important and the position will require the close management of our fresh fish offer and its operation.
You will also be required to assist and support our catering business as well as Click & Collect and Uber to provide our customers with quality products and an excellent shopping experience.
