Join our team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can make a real difference.We take pride in delivering our customers the freshest, top-quality food products.Service Foods Hamilton is looking for Butchers to process prime and whole cuts into added value Foodservice and Retail Ready portions with high accuracy/yields and quality of final products.The role:Immediate startPermanent, Full timeDays of work: 5 days between Sunday and FridayShift timings: Between 2 pm and 6 am, depending on shiftThe job:Cut meat to separate meat, fat and tissue from around the bones.Cut specialised cuts and deboning.Wrapping and packing of meat cuts and products.Move carcasses to boning table for preparation and work on machinery for processing.Pack processed stock into cartons for storage.Ensure that the stock is labelled correctly and packed as per Operational SOPs.Check to ensure all meat is stored properly and stock is rotated.Maintain high standards of Food safety and Health and Safety at all times.The person:Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about what they do.
