As Business to Business ICT professional, you will be responsible for securing and managing sales to business customers within the region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all business-related sales issues and will report directly to the Director to ensure that customer requirements are met. The need for this role has arisen to facilitate our client's distribution strategies and fulfill our growth aspirations. Responsibilities: Develop lists of prospective businesses using local business directories, networking, referrals, lead generation, and other initiatives. Conduct research into potential business customers to understand their likely ICT needs and provide a targeted sales pitch. Maintain a sound understanding of the products and services offered, including Broadband, Cloud-based platforms (PBX), SIP Solutions, LAN, WAN, IS, Cloud Data Service, and Carrier Ethernet Technology. Attend training sessions, educational workshops, and networking opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends. Meet with new business customers to evaluate their ICT needs and introduce suitable products and services. Promote and upsell the client's ICT products and services to achieve sales performance goals. Provide quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure customers understand terms and conditions. Implement sales strategies to close deals and maintain customer satisfaction. Make arrangements for product and service provision, provide technical assistance to customers, and report sales to management. Minimum Requirements: IT/computing/Business/Management-related qualification at level 7 or above or relevant experience in the ICT industry. Experience in Direct Sales preferred. High level of ICT product knowledge, especially regarding business customers' needs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation, relationship building, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers. Familiarity with relevant legislation e.g., Fair Trading Act 1986. Experience in CRM software and Sales Pipeline Management Applications is an advantage.
