Our Business Operations team play a key role in driving that ambition by delivering great customer outcomes through supporting our Frontline and Commercial Banking teams.
In this role you will:
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to complete customer compliance requirements.Ensure customer due diligence and tax compliance.Provide ongoing account maintenance and support to our commercial banking customers.Work with our frontline and Customer Verification teams collaboratively on complex onboarding scenarios.Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance our processes.Embody Kiwibank's purpose of Kiwi making Kiwi better off and live out our Nga Kauwaka values.This is us.

A degree in Commerce or Finance is preferred, but not essential.Prior experience in driving sustainable change through continuous improvement.Can provide great stakeholder outcomes for internal staff and Kiwibank customers.Prior customer service experience and a real passion for delivering great customer outcomes through verbal and written communications.You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
