With robust contracts, the business is well-placed to weather any economic difficulties that may cause hardship for other sectors.The RoleThis is a busy and varied role, that will see you working across a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:Managing business customer enquiries, mostly via email with some phone callsAccurately quoting products and services for customersOrganising logistics, outbound freight booking and liaison with the internal stakeholders in the distribution centreResearching product type to ensure client and customer needs are correctly matchedSales support administration for the Business Unit Manager and Account ManagersYour ProfileThis role would suit someone coming from either a business administration, customer service, or sales support background:Good attention to detail with the ability to ensure information being sent is accurateAny experience providing pricing or quotations to customersAble to research products and understand customer requirementsComfortable using the Microsoft suite including ExcelExperience working with larger systems such as SAP is beneficial but not essential; we are happy to consider people who can learn quicklyHold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand and be based in, or actively relocating to Christchurch
