Role OverviewAs the Business Support Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our business, driving office performance and operational success. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Leadership: Take ownership of health and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with Prequal and SiteWise standards. Keep clients informed and lead safety initiatives. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, managing key team members, including the Evacuation Coordinator and accounts personnel. Team Leadership: Drive team performance, conducting reviews, managing weekly work summaries, and fostering a high-engagement culture. Problem-Solving & Client Management: Handle client issues and escalate to senior management when necessary, ensuring problems are resolved swiftly and effectively. Performance Optimisation: Support the accounts team, streamlining tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Strategic Meetings Leadership: Lead monthly review meetings, focusing on achievements and setting upcoming targets, stepping in for senior management when needed. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain key operational documents, ensuring the company's 'How To' manual reflects best practices. Health & Safety Expertise: Strong understanding of health and safety compliance. Results-Driven: Excellent organisational skills with a focus on delivering outcomes and driving performance. Strong Communication: Exceptional ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts with confidence. Problem-Solver: A proactive leader who thrives under pressure and can handle multiple tasks effectively.
