Team Leadership: Drive team performance, conducting reviews, managing weekly work summaries, and fostering a high-engagement culture. Problem-Solving & Client Management: Handle client issues and escalate to senior management when necessary, ensuring problems are resolved swiftly and effectively. Performance Optimisation: Support the accounts team, streamlining tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Strategic Meetings Leadership: Lead monthly review meetings, focusing on achievements and setting upcoming targets, stepping in for senior management when needed. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain key operational documents, ensuring the company's 'How To' manual reflects best practices.
