Our team is a group of highly skilled and valued administration professionals who support our Senior Leaders throughout Environment Canterbury. This role will require an organised, resilient personality with the ability to multitask across several functions whilst working to deadlines.
More about the role: Investigating, resolving & clearly articulating solutions to sometimes complex or technical issuesProvide effective diary management, prioritising day-to-day and longer-term prioritiesForward planning and scheduling necessary appointments appropriatelySchedule and coordinate functions, events, conferences, & offsite meetingsAdvise and support the business on best practice and applying process improvement knowledgeWork in a co-ordinated approach with wider Business Support team so requests from our business partners are handled in a timely mannerYou'll be a proactive and engaging personality with a well-organised approach to managing your day. Your continuous improvement mindset with an agile personality allows you to adapt to changing demands in your calendar. Supporting others is what gets you out of bed in the morning. Your keen eye for detail will be key in this role as you create and produce various types of detailed information. Of course, a great sense of humour is always welcome in our team.
