As a market leader in their field, this successful and well-established South Island business continue to move from strength to strength. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Team Leader to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office, including administrative tasks and managing the businesses ICT requirements.
Key responsibilities will include: Leading the front office administration team & provide cover and support for reception as neededCoordinate administration support across the businessOversee ICT operations across multiple sitesOversee internal databases, including training, reporting and audits where requiredManagement of ICT projects and provide information for decision-makingAd hoc project work where requiredThe ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated proficiency in managing IT and network support inquiriesA strong communicator and team playerSelf-driven with excellent leadership abilityPrevious experience in a similar roleApply NowTo apply for this position, or for more information please submit your information and CV to the Recruiter below;
