Make travel and accommodation bookings and manage confidentiality whilst booking meetings and managing calendar appointments.You will be someone able to support the team by managing and priortising tasks such as proof reading, formatting, collation and distribution of documents. You'll be able to assist with project coordination and manage financial administration and processing of invoices and reconciling payments for staff work related expenses as delegated.Proven experience as an office manager / business support / administratorAdvanced skills in the MS Office SuiteExcellent organisational skills along with the ability to think ahead, use initiative, establish priorities, and meet deadlines whilst preserving the highest levels of accuracy and confidentialityExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the capacity to manage relationships at all levels, including with senior Ministry officials and with health sector leadersExperience/skilled in with calendar management and meeting coordination and arrangementsExperience/skilled in with making travel arrangements and booking accommodationA commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
