New Zealand Riding for the Disabled (NZRDA) is a registered charity who oversees RDA Groups in local communities throughout New Zealand, predominantly supported by volunteers. Each year more than 3,000 people enjoy our goal-based therapeutic horse-riding and horse-related activities.  They face physical, intellectual, emotional and social challenges and their participation is life changing. 
Our Vision is to Reach More Riders, Change More Lives. 
To support the Groups to do this we are looking for a new team member to join our small team at National Office in Porirua.
Business Support Co-ordinator Donor Care
Reporting to the Manager – Business Services, this role covers a wide range of responsibilities including working with our Donor database and building /maintaining those important Donor relationships. We are looking for someone fantastic people skills and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves working on a Donor/Funder Care process, and is hugely important in ensuring those who donate to RDA feel looked after and appreciated.
The successful applicant will have a wide range of skills and competencies and be able to demonstrate success in the following areas:
First line Support for National Office and RDA GroupsSupporter and Donor relationship management and stewardship, including receipts and donationsProviding correct and insightful RDA Group statistical information through managing the databaseSupporting the efficient and effective running of the national office and team If you like variety and have an eye for detail, want to be part of an exciting team and have previous experience with Databases and Microsoft Office Suite, then this is an excellent opportunity. Some Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
