Business Support Administrator - Part-Time (20 Hours Per Week)

The Opportunity | Te kowhiringa The Business Support Administrator plays a fundamental role within the Whangarei team. This will be a busy and varied role, and you will be tasked with ensuring administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level of service, providing quality administration and contract support services to team members. The role offers responsibility and autonomy, so you must be highly organised with plenty of initiative. Duties include: Processing of Purchase Orders, Invoices and Payments Providing administration and coordination to support the day-to-day running of the depot General office administration as required such as stationery, consumables PPE, and stock orders You'll also ensure that all systems and processes are continuously being improved. This role is offering 20 hours per week, working 9am – 1pm Monday-Friday from our Port Road depot. Important Skills | Nga pukenga matua Your pleasant and friendly demeanour, highly organised approach, and excellent data entry skills will ensure you are successful in this role. Your positive, can-do attitude and ability to learn new tasks will see you thrive.
