Business Support Administrator
Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Fixed-term until March 2025 covering Parental Leave
WITT is a tertiary education organisation based in Taranaki. We pride ourselves on our student success and quality learning environments. We are looking for an experienced Administrator who will bring their organisational and communication skills to this busy role within one of our Schools.
Key tasks for this role include:
Providing administration coordination and support to the School Leadership team
Providing Learner administration and communication, including being the 'front face' of the School
Coordinating meetings, workshops and external visits
Taking minutes and providing support with financial reporting
We are looking for someone with:
Demonstrated experience in a busy administration role
Use of initiative and self-motivation
Excellent computer skills, in particular with Microsoft packages and student management systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
