About the Role We are seeking a versatile business administration professional to provide comprehensive support to our Executive Director and small team. The position offers the option to work from home, which is ideal if you are seeking flexibility and autonomy. Your role will involve a wide range of tasks, from building positive relationships with global stakeholders through email communication to scheduling meetings and managing the Executive Director's calendar, to coordinating lively webinars and managing website content, including ongoing curation of articles and resources centered around digital mental health. You'll also get to draft sales proposals, keep an eye on company expenses, and handle member subscriptions, including invoicing support. An important part of the role is to write emails for the Executive Director, and therefore, the ability to have exceptionally good spelling, grammar, and writing ability would be valued. In our dynamic environment, no two days are the same, and we like it that way. (We think you might too!) The role is contract-based, covering a 6-month maternity leave, with the possibility of extension or evolution as our organization continues to grow. The starting date is 19 July, 2024 . It would be fantastic if you could be available to shadow our current Business Administrator on a part-time basis for 2-3 weeks beforehand, in a flexible arrangement that suits your schedule. Requirements A home office environment that is suitable for professional meetings, equipped with your own office equipment. A mode of transportation to attend occasional team meetings and meet with the Executive Director when necessary. Given our Executive Director's international travel schedule and the location of many key stakeholders in the Northern Hemisphere, occasional flexibility outside of standard NZ working hours is important. Key Responsibilities In order to thrive in this role you will: Enjoy building authentic relationships with international stakeholders Get a buzz out of organizing chaos across different tasks using spreadsheets and project management tools like Monday.com Find your flow writing engaging content for email, our website and social media Naturally take initiative and assume responsibility for tasks Take pride in your work with a keen eye for detail Like working across various online platforms, with content management experience or an interest to learn Feel inspired to become an integral part of the journey as we continue to expand our organization and grow our global community. Qualifications and Experience At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in written and spoken English. Experience working with websites (e.g., WordPress) is preferred. Why eMHIC?
