About your new job
Due to consistent growth, our client is currently seeking a telephone-based sales person to join their diverse, vibrant and friendly team. Your duties will include but not be limited to –
•Managing memberships and services for clients, and providing great customer care leading to retention and membership renewals
•NO COLD CALLING! - Warm calling current and past clients to assist, upsell and promote the business
•Outbound and inbound calls to assist with lead generation
•Answering direct customer care and support calls while creating a great impression and outcome for all parties

About you!
•Previous experience in a high-paced, customer service or sales position
•Always display a customer-focused mindset and be able to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances
•Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work
•Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience
•Have drive and determination to deliver the best outcome
•Although this is a sales role, have a compassionate personality with the ability to care call opposed to a pushy sales approach
