Business & Site Support Officer Location: Ardmore About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business & Site Support Officer to join our team based in Ardmore.
This role is pivotal in providing reliable and efficient support services to ensure seamless business operations and optimal outcomes.
As part of the Corporate Services team, you will focus on standardisation, simplification, and optimisation of processes while adhering to strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
In addition to delivering exceptional business support, the role encompasses administrative responsibilities such as general purchasing, invoice receipting, and expense transfers.
Your efforts will play a key role in enhancing workplace efficiency and supporting our organisational values.
Primary Responsibilities: * Facilitate onboarding and induction for new employees.
* Provide relocation assistance to team members.
* Deliver systems awareness and support.
* Coordinate travel arrangements.
* Manage uniform and stationery ordering.
* Oversee business card and gifts/flower coordination.
* Offer event support for corporate activities.
* Conduct goods receipting and timesheet data entry.
* Administer the Visitor Management System.
* Maintain a safe work environment and uphold the Airbus Code of Conduct.
* Support the execution of strategic objectives in alignment with management goals.
About you To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship skills as well as good verbal and written skills.
You will need to be someone who is able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines and work comfortably in a continuous improvement work environment.
The skills and experience best suited to this role include: * Minimum 3 years of experience in a business support or administrative role.
* Demonstrated track record in process and productivity improvement.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills for building collaborative relationships.
* Analytical problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Proven planning and organisational skills to manage competing deadlines.
Desirable: * SAP experience for data analysis and reporting.
* Qualifications in Business (Cert IV) or Event Management.
