Join us and be part of a team that values diversity and innovation.Nga Korero mo tenei turanga / About the roleAs a Business Services Manager within Internal Firm Services at PwC NZ, you will be at the helm of leading and integrating the Business Services function, which encompasses Facilities, Business Support, and frontline Client Services. This newly created senior leadership role based in Tamaki Makaurau/Auckland, is pivotal in enhancing the workplace experience by promoting and facilitating closer understanding and collaboration among these teams to ensure a unified approach to problem-solving and service delivery.Drive Process Improvement: Streamline shared processes, eliminate duplication of efforts, and enhance operational support using best practices and innovative solutions.Promote Collaboration and Unified Problem-Solving: Facilitate closer understanding and collaboration between Internal Firm Services teams to optimise business processes and service delivery standards.Develop and Implement Strategies: Plan and optimise building use, oversee facilities planning, and lead sustainability initiatives while embedding new technologies for efficiency.Manage Stakeholder Relationships and Budget: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manage external service providers, and ensure cost-effective operations within the Business Services budget.Lead Change and Strategic Initiatives: Align business services with firm strategic goals, manage change initiatives.Nga pukenga kei a koe / Skills and experienceProven experience in a senior leadership role, managing teams and projects.Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.Experience in developing and implementing workplace strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and engagement.Knowledge of current trends and best practices in workplace design and employee experience.Strong background in managing corporate facilities, including space planning, maintenance, and vendor management.Experience in leading organisational change initiatives, particularly those related to workplace transformation.Experience in implementing and overseeing health and safety policies to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.Nga ahuatanga hirahira o te mahi ki PwC / Highlights of working at PwC NZUnrivalled level of access to industry expertise, both locally and through our wider global network of member firms, where you'll be enabled by cutting-edge technology.A cash contribution to enable you to set up your home work space.
