The purpose of the Outbound Business Sales Agent is to proactively contact One New Zealand's current SME customers about their business products; you will drive exceptional customer experience and lifecycle management within all contact points. You will work towards KPIs and targets with the goal to improve our NPS, reduce customer churn and increase revenue outcomes across this base.

Improve product sales through cross-selling into new products, achieved through high presentation rates. Serve our customers through exceptional experiences, solving issues seamlessly and meeting their business needs so they remain a valued customer of One New Zealand. Extend the customer lifetime value through upgrades of devices and accessories. Work as part of a critical team with strong communication and the ability to execute against marketing activity. Na tou rourou - what you'll bring Our ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with customers. We are looking for a logical thinker with a strong and effective sales mindset who is willing to help customers as the core of what you do.
You will also bring: At least 2 years of Sales experience in a fast paced environment with a customer-obsessed mindset, this can be from a face-to-face or phone-based environment. Previous experience of working toward Sales and KPI targets, preferably in the Telco, ICT or service sector experience across SME market is favorable. Sound business acumen. Ability to work with speed and accuracy. Motivated to stay current with technology & pursue informal learning (on the job, via colleagues) to deepen your knowledge. High levels of computer literacy.
