We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Business Risk team, where you'll be instrumental in supporting our Business Risk Advisers. Your efforts will enable them to focus on providing valuable advice and delivering seamless service to our Business Risk Members. This role is perfect for someone eager to create and define new processes, making a significant impact within the team. Key Functions Of The Role Provide timely quotes and renewal reports. Communicate with members regarding pre-renewal processes and required documentation. Ensure smooth processing of renewals, policy changes, and cover placements. Handle all administrative tasks and documentation to support the Business Risk offering. Apply knowledge of insurance products and services, with a focus on Claims and Underwriting, to facilitate effective conversations with members. Key Skills We Are Looking For 4-5 years of experience in an insurance service role, preferably within the Commercial or SME insurance sector (desired). Knowledge of local markets and insurance products (essential). Willingness to complete Level 5, Financial Services Certification (essential). Excellent communication skills both written and oral and strong numerical skills. Training and Flexibility You will undergo an initial 3-week, full-time, office-based training period.
