In this key role you'll develop long-term relationships within a portfolio of clients.
By understanding their unique challenges and needs, you'll recommend the best Now solutions to help them reach their goals.
You'll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their experience with us is seamless and rewarding.
Whether through calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings, you'll be dedicated to growing their satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
This role can be based in Napier or Tauranga.

About You You're experienced in managing and growing business relationships, capable of building rapport with business owners, understanding their needs, and identifying solutions to fit.
You understand the complex world of telecommunications, but also understand that many business owners don't – so pride yourself in your ability to take the complex, and make it simple, and focus on delivering benefits for the customer.
You're well-versed in market trends, competition, and strategic thinking.
You know how to navigate the business landscape and stay ahead of the curve.
You're obsessed with delivering exceptional service, always stepping into the customer's shoes to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
You're a skilled negotiator who can handle tough situations with ease, maintaining strong relationships while securing the best outcomes.
Your timing and diplomacy are spot-on.
