Details of the offer

Who are we? Liquorland is a specialist liquor retailer, with over 160 stores nationwide. Our strategy is to be most successful, sustainable and responsible liquor retailer in New Zealand through delivering New Zealand's best retail liquor experience – we are great at what we do but there is so much more to achieve! Why work for us? If you've been looking to work in a fun, close-knit team, where everyone is valued and treated with respect then you've come to the right place! Our offices are newly built custom design spaces – with access to an in-house supermarket, a well-priced in-house café, and a bountiful supply of free carparking. There are so many benefits here which we all enjoy including a competitive salary package, southern cross healthcare cover, free parking, subsidised onsite café, social events galore, technology and systems catered to our needs and lots of learning and development opportunities! Shall we tell you a little bit more? This is a brand new role within the Liquorland team, and one which you can really make your own! Our team have always achieved great things together, but we're humble enough to recognise we can still be better. You will be working with our senior leadership team and across the business to identify and drive improvements which add real value to your stakeholders. Your stakeholders may include our support office team, our franchisees, the team members in our stores, or our customers. Some of the key responsibilities for this role will include: · Analysing existing business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness, · Driving change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication to ensure successful adoption of process improvements, · Collaborating with our IT team to evaluate and implement relevant tools, software, or automation solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency, and · Staying informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative technologies related to business process improvement, and apply them to drive continuous improvement. So, what about you? Firstly, we're looking for someone that has a passion for continuous improvement. You may have had already had a good amount of experience in the retail industry, or you could be experienced in helping other businesses to improve their processes. This role has an element of data analysis, so you will need to be comfortable using different systems and computer software. Making real change happen takes leadership, and to be successful in your application you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills which have enabled you to previously inspire, influence and collaborate with others to successfully implement good value change processes.
