Join our Organisational Performance Team in Queenstown as our next Business Process Advisor and help us transform the way we work!

What you'll be doing / He aha te mahi You will play a key role in driving meaningful process improvements across the organisation.
You'll focus on creating efficiencies, enhancing customer experience, and helping to manage and mitigate risks.
You'll be instrumental in fostering and championing a process-driven culture by leading communication efforts, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices across the organisation.
You will understand how people, processes and systems work together to achieve organisational outcomes and will be able to use your business analysis skills and initiative to see an improvement project through from discovery to implementation.
Using your excellent problem solving & analytical skills you will lead high profile improvement projects using process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma).
You will examine how processes work today, map processes using our process tools, analyse data and work with teams to find opportunities for improvement.
What you'll bring to the role / Ko wai to Pukeka You will have 3+ years' experience in roles such as business, process, or improvement analyst, with a proven track record of identifying and delivering improvements to boost performance.
You'll have strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills, along with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive process efficiencies.
To best succeed in this role, you'll have: Strong written and oral communication skills Some exposure to process mapping and be confident facilitating discussions about business processes.
Have an analytical approach to question the status quo, and to drive process improvements and efficiency.
