We have a rare opportunity available to join Toyota New Zealand as a Business Planner. This is an exciting position where you will use your analytical skills to work across the business and will support the strategic direction of the organisation through the interpretation and presentation of data.
This is a permanent opportunity, based on-site in the office, Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North.
What's involved in the role:Completing financial modelling and data analysis to support decision making.Supporting the executive team and key stakeholders with reporting and creating presentations.Analysing data to understand the business, connecting dots between different business areas, and forming narratives based on this.Supporting with the development of Toyota's annual strategic business plan.To be successful, ideally you will have:Experience working in an analytical role and the ability to analyse and understand data and build narratives based on your insights.Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a number of stakeholders across the business, including senior members of the organisation.Competence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Great problem-solving skills with the curiosity to learn and grow in the role.Presentation skills or the desire to develop these skills.Great organisational and planning skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a dynamic work environment.A relevant tertiary level qualification is preferred.If you don't tick all the boxes but have developed analytical skills and a great attitude with the motivation and curiosity to learn and grow in the role, we would still love to hear from you.
