Reporting to the Sales and Business Development Manager, this store management position is ideally suited to a natural leader who is visible to their team. It will complement a well organised individual who can prioritise workloads in the face of significant demands from time, people, customers and suppliers.The Business Manager will be responsible for successfully operating one of our busy stores within the Green Cross Health network. You will be responsible for staff management; financial and operating functions; delivery of exceptional levels of customer service, dispensary and retail services. Candidates who will be considered for this role should have at least 5 years' experience in a retail environment, ideally pharmacy and have the following skills and experience.This is a Permanent Full time role, rostered 45 - 50 hours per week from Monday to SundayYou will have a passionate understanding of the retail market and proactive leadership is essential to the success of the role.
