The position will lead and deliver Business Optimisation projects in selected areas that support TSB's 2030 Strategy to become effective, efficient and the easiest bank to deal with.Who are you?You will demonstrate significant experience in applying structured process improvement that focus on operational efficiencies. This will enable the roll out and execution of TSB's business simplification and process optimisation roadmap.Your experience leading and delivering complex cross-functional projects will ensure TSB achieves sustainable tangible outcomes. This will be supported by your ability to understand customer and commercial perspectives, and with your exceptional communication skills, you will work consultatively cross-function and build strong working relationships.In this role, you can expect to:Review processes and areas to identify waste and opportunities to improve and realise potential benefits.Work with Technology teams to identify potential automation/other Technology change opportunities.Engage with the business and through projects, coaching, training and facilitating to build a culture of business simplification.We are looking for candidates who have:Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in business operations.Proficiency in process mapping, process intelligence and automation tools.Proven experience challenging the status quo, is curious and pays attention to detail.Experience in leveraging automation to streamline processes and eliminating manual inefficiencies, is preferred.What's in it for me?At TSB, we're small enough to really care about our customers but big enough to have great rates, innovative products, and digital solutions.
