Business Operations Support - Queenstown / Auckland NZ Sotheby's International Realty – Queenstown, South Island Business Operations Support - Franchise Division In this pivotal role, you will be the primary contact for all franchise operational needs, responsible for initiating and managing processes and projects that drive success. You will develop key data and reporting metrics to uncover growth opportunities, trends, and initiatives that enhance our franchise division and support our franchise owners. Collaborating closely with the General Manager of Franchise (GMF), you will execute the overall strategy while enjoying the autonomy to oversee and manage projects across various business areas. As the go-to expert for all franchise operational support needs, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future growth of the Franchise division. If you excel at creating, reviewing, and refining systems and processes, and have a talent for managing projects with precision, collaboration, and a focus on timely delivery, this could be the perfect next step in your career! Main areas of responsibilities: Project Management: Deliver a diverse array of projects and tasks in collaboration with relevant team members; the goal always being to deliver agreed objectives and outcomes in a timely & effective manner. Maintain and enhance tools/resources used to support franchise partners. Host meetings/training sessions as required to upskill and share knowledge across the business. Support the implementation and follow-up on national brand strategies, programmes, and projects. Overseeing our resource centre via collaboration with departments to ensure it is current and effective. CRM & IT: Field national requests or enhancement from all franchise partners and table these with the CRM provider/s. Centralise CRM initiatives, working with CRM provider/s supported by the National CRM superuser cohort. Business Improvement & Innovation: Research the real estate market and present new innovations to Master Franchise for consideration. Support and drive continued open, effective communication and coordination between franchise locations, the GMF and wider operational teams/departments. New Franchise territories – deliver requirements for newly franchised regions in collaboration with the GMF. Support the GMF with Franchise field trips and provide relevant Franchise performance data. Desired Skills and Experience Business degree or relevant qualification with strong analytical and reporting skills. Highly IT competent with experience in project management/project delivery. Systems focused and capable of high level of communication across all platforms; experience with CRM systems an advantage. Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels. Previous operational experience, ideally within a franchise-based role or service model. REA Licensed &/or an interest in obtaining an REA licence within first 12 months of the role.
