Business Manager

Rutherford & Bond Toyota is a market leading vehicle dealership where we pride ourselves on doing the simple things well and making it easy for our customers to do business with us.
We're looking for a Business Manager to compliment our experienced and successful New & Used Vehicle Sales departments at our Wellington Branch for both our Toyota and Lexus Brands. We're looking for a determined and ambitious candidate who is prepared to confidently identify and promote our products in order to drive sales, as well as assist the sales team with the closure of negotiations.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Meeting with all customers at the point of sale, carrying out the appropriate sales and finance documentation.Looking after all customers finance enquiriesOffering and promoting to all customers the full range of Toyota Financial Services productsAchieving or preferably exceeding budgeted targetsThe successful applicant will have the following attributes: Experience in sales in advantageous but not crucialAccuracy and quality focusedDemonstrates excellent initiative and ability to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone mannerCompetency with numbers and dealing with a large number of documentsGood networking skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of customersSelf-motivated and able to make the role your own with a desire for professional development and advancement within the companyOn Offer: Competitive remuneration packageDrive car with a monthly fuel allowance Staff discounts & opportunities for career development Ongoing training and development in conjunction with Toyota New Zealand A friendly, supportive, and fun team environment Saturday work is required, however we run a fair rotating roster.
