Your strategic knowhow will play a pivotal role in optimising profitability and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence - manage day-to-day business operations encompassing customer service, staff leadership, HR, H&S and environmental performance.Team Leadership - foster a high performance culture through mentorship, coaching and inspirational leadership, empowering the team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Systematic Improvement - continuously enhance systems, processes and procedures to elevate service delivery.Financial performance - spearhead strategies to maximise financial success ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.Collaboration - maintain regular communication with the directors, working collaboratively to maximise performance and opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:Proven track record of results-driven performance and commercial acumen.Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills fostering collaboration and engagement.Commitment to employee engagement and cultural improvement.Ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.A hands-on approach to driving efficiency and cost control without compromising product quality.A minimum of three years of leadership experience in a commercial or senior finance management role (tourism transport experience preferred).Tertiary qualification in relevant fields such as accounting, finance, business administration or commerce an advantage.To apply please submit your resume with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications for this position.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a business manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years of people management experience do you have?How many years of accounting experience do you have?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Do you have customer service experience?Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check?Do you own or have regular access to a car?
