About the roleThis role primarily focuses on actively seeking opportunities to expand the business and offering financial solutions and products to ensure positive outcomes for customers, uncovering new avenues for growth and revenue. About youYou will demonstrate experience in relationship management with ability to build rapport that will assist you to build and maintain a quality, profitable portfolio of loyal clients.Your strong business and commercial acumen will support the bank to achieve its overall profit, sales and service objectives whilst delivering great customer outcomes. In this role, you can expect to: Pro-actively seek ways to grow the business through TSB's product offerings and collateral services. Conduct thorough financial analyses of Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss statements, and Cashflow projections to understand the complex financial needs of business and commercial clients. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Bank's business clients by comprehending their business operations. Identify strategic lending opportunities to initiate and oversee business development efforts, which involve coordinating the acquisition, fulfilment of needs, and conversion of deals. We are looking for candidates who have: 8+ years in a complex lending position (preferably business banking or credit analyst experience) A proven track record of being able to successfully close competitive business opportunities. Strong critical thinking, communication and influencing skills and solutions-based mindset.
