We are a thriving school with a supportive community, achieving great things through providing an education that grows the heart as well as the mind.About the OpportunityThe Business Manager reports directly to the Principal and is an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team. The primary objective of the Business Manager is to support the Principal by managing aspects of the 'non teaching' business of the School in order to support the financial and long term development goals. The overarching responsibilities of the Business Manager include, finance, facilities management, health and safety, project management and human resources.You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing success and management of the school. In doing this you will:Work authentically with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team to execute financial and operational strategies that will positively impact on the SchoolManage, and provide oversight for all financial activities and associated reportingAct as Project Manager for construction and development projects as requiredManage the schools' facilities and compliance requirementsAbout YouTo succeed in this senior role, you will hold a relevant qualification and have proven experience across the full scope of financial business operations in a related field. Experience in a school or academic setting is highly desirable.
