Your strong business and commercial acumen will support the bank to achieve its overall profit, sales and service objectives whilst delivering great customer outcomes.
You will display the ability to apply strong assessment skills and detailed financial and risk analysis for these complex and diverse customer needs.
In this role, you can expect to: Proactively seek ways to grow the business through TSB's product offerings and collateral services.
Conduct thorough financial analyses of Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss statements, and Cashflow projections to understand the complex financial needs of business and commercial clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Bank's business clients by comprehending their business operations.
Identify strategic lending opportunities to initiate and oversee business development efforts, which involve coordinating the acquisition, fulfilment of needs, and conversion of deals.
We are looking for candidates who have: 8+ years in a complex lending position (preferably business banking or credit analyst experience) A proven track record of being able to successfully close competitive business opportunities.
Strong critical thinking, communication and influencing skills and a solutions-based mindset.
