Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Full time Cosy Homes is a Canterbury based, family run business, founded on the goal of rethinking the traditional approach to home construction.
Through years of research and testing, Cosy Homes have questioned every aspect of home construction, from the ground up, and created a transportable solution that is quick to build, affordable and, most importantly, robust, comfortable, modern and incredibly well-insulated.
This newly created role will report to the Managing Director and oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of this great Kaiapoi based business.
You will be a leader of people and a manager of process, acting as the critical link between the owners and the team.
You will also support the owners in the delivery of their strategic vision and growth targets, coordinating activity across the teams and enhancing culture, engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Leading the team, promoting a positive business culture and team collaboration Maintaining momentum in sales and production Executing strategic vision and achieving targets Ensuring cross-functional efficiency and effectiveness Driving marketing initiatives, brand promotion, sales & business development activity Cosy Homes core purpose is to provide accommodation that is excellent value for money, accessible, adaptable and as simple as possible for customers to purchase and install.
Qualifications: Excellent communication and relationship building skills, high emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with a range of personality types A collaborative, open, trusting and transparent nature Well-developed organisational, attention to detail and time management skills Comfort and confidence working in a fast-paced, occasionally demanding environment An analytical, process driven and evidence-based approach to work and problem solving Strong intuition, emotional stability and ultimately a positive and approachable style Experience in the Construction or Manufacturing industry would be preferred If you are looking for a role where you can work closely with the owners to make a positive difference and utilise your varied commercial skillset, then we would like to hear from you.
