The Business Manager's role is a true leadership position, responsible for all aspects of running a business, ensuring all financial and non-financial objectives are met. You will play a pivotal role in the next chapter of their growth, working across the strategy, finance, sales, operations, and people management functions of the business.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability by growing revenue and market share. Working closely with key customers and suppliers to develop and maintain strong and effective relationships. Managing systems and procedures to ensure efficiency of operations. Leading, training, and developing your team to achieve measurable results. Attracting and developing a high performance team. Essential Criteria:

You will have:
Sales Management and operational experience. Exceptional customer focus and a flair for sales/business development in a technical or engineering market. Vision, drive, and the ability to think outside the square. Outstanding leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of leading a successful team.
