We are looking for a dynamic individual that can take the boards strategic direction and continue to put it into action. The key area of focus is Business & Community Engagement. About FDP We are a Not for Profit organisation committed to assisting the co-design, development and delivery of events, programs and other activities that enhance greater social cohesion and economic benefit across Feilding and the Manawatu District. We are a social enterprise that supports Iwi, residents, business owners, community groups and service clubs with opportunities to live full lives. We invest time and energy into projects that inspire an abundance of civic pride and leaves lasting impressions on the landscapes they call home. The Role The role has the flexibility to appeal to a cross section of people. You'd ideally be an all rounder, a sprinkle of Marketing, Business Development, Finance / Accounts, Event Management and Strategy Delivery. The key fundamental required is leadership, with both your team and our stakeholders in the business and community network. The role is a varied, one day you could be working with the team helping at one of our Events and the next day walking the town talking to business owners and getting them engaged with our initiatives.
