O pukenga | About you : To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of the Business Banking SME market backed by your developed network in which you can draw on to generate new market opportunities, while being a respected and credible voice within the sector. Your broad knowledge of the banking/finance industry will complement your background in identifying and building new networks and relationships, alongside excellent communication and influencing skills. It will be your proven experience and success as a business banker, along with a strong understanding of banking procedures and policies, including preparation of credit and lending submissions, that will demonstrate you have the right technical skills for this role.
