We're looking for the next Business Manager to lead the team at our Culverden store.
Your key focus will be:
Leading a high performing team, helping them achieve results and fostering a great culture.
Developing strong relationships with our shareholders.
Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs plus seeking continuous improvement.
Managing budgets, P&L and financials.
Continuing to build a strong community environment within the store.
Taking responsibility for achieving personal and team-based results.
Jumping on the floor and helping serve customers when needed.
Mohou ake | About you
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of leading successful teams, ideally in a retail environment. You will be highly organised with a strong focus on sales processes.
You will also have:
The ability to build solid client relationships and encourage repeat business.
Sound knowledge of rural products and services in general.
Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers.
Solid computer skills and enjoy working with up-to-date technology.
A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and help when necessary.
