Seriously good food.About Our RoleWe have some ambitious strategic plans and are now searching for a results-driven Business Manager to drive, elevate and manage our Catering and Events business. This pivotal leadership role would suit someone with demonstrable senior level experience in Sales and Operations. Ideally bringing equivalent experience from a multi-site or large venue background. You will drive financial success through sales and operational excellence, leading high-performing teams and uphold exceptional guest experiences aligning with our company vision and service standards.This role is based in & around Auckland, headquartered in Orakei with occasional regional travel required.Key responsibilities:Drive Strategic Growth: Lead the charge in crafting and executing a growth and sales strategy that scales to new levels.Lead by Example: Shape and enhance our company culture, ensuring it aligns with our values, and the high standards we set.Maximise Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations with a keen eye for efficiency and effectiveness, always pushing for optimal performance and to elevate the guest experience.Collaborate: Work closely with our Managing Director, Board of Directors and other key stakeholders to achieve our ambitious business objectives.Dynamic Leadership: You're more than a manager; you're a true leader who inspires teams, drives broader strategic initiatives, and leads by example.Strategic Visionary: You have the foresight to enhance and drive our vision that aligns with Collective's growth ambitions, and you know how to rally a team around it.KPI and Results-Focused: You live and breathe numbers, using them to measure success, drive performance, and steer the company toward its goals.Financial Acumen: You possess a strong understanding of budgeting and financial management, supporting the Managing Director and Board in achieving key financial targets and ensuring the company's financial health.Build and Develop High-Performing Teams: Focus on bringing in and nurturing the best talent, ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver outstanding results.About YouYou will be an industry networked professional and love the buzz and satisfaction of leading teams to execute world class Catering and Event experiences.
