Your Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Head of China & Hong Kong, as Hong Kong Business Executive you will be responsible for supporting market and business development in the Hong Kong market. This includes execution of growth strategies with HK customers/distributors and retailers, management of sales, marketing and promo programmes with customers; forecasting and day-to-day management of orders and documentation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include (but Are Not Limited To)
Support to develop and manage partnerships with existing and new customers
Day to day management of orders & sales administration
Support planning, budgeting & implementation of trade marketing activities to maximise ROI within budget and manage accruals accurately
Coordinate customer collaboration with agencies to deliver sales and marketing strategies
Working with NZ marketing and cross-functional teams to obtain information for HK customers
Fortnightly and monthly forecasting
Assist in performing ROI financial analysis for assigned customers/brands reviewing promotional effectiveness to measure ROI
Regularly review and report market/product trends, insights & competitor activities
You Will Ideally Have
Tertiary qualification ideally in business
Minimum 3 years' sales or key account experience preferably in FMCG, Pharmacy or Export/CBEC
Mandarin and English language fluency (written and oral) and preferably Cantonese fluency & Traditional Chinese written/reading skill
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals externally & internally of all organizational levels
Sound commercial acumen & analytical skills that can be used to influence or negotiate value-added outcomes
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask competing priorities and demanding customer requirements
Computer literate particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Has a passion for health & wellness
