Responsibilities:
Oversee client accounts, including brand strategies, fee negotiations, and client relations
Manage a portfolio of brands
Set creative tone with Creative Directors and Strategic Planner
Develop strategic plans with Senior Planners
Problem solve on high-level account and production issues
Build top-level client relationships
Oversee revenue tracking and analyze impact on account and agency profitability

Requirements:
10+ years experience in a creative advertising agency
Strong strategic thinking and integrated communications experience
Experience in global accounts

Proven track record of gaining trust and respect
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
