Business Development Specialist

You are required to perform the following duties:

Develop strategies for discovering and securing new business opportunities by liaising and negotiating with business partners and clients


Plan and organise marketing activities based on market information and client preference to expand our market share and sales


Conduct market analysis and researches to obtain information in terms of client preference and shifts in market trends


Review and analyse the business' sales data and market trends for the development of new services


Determine the needs in the market based on the market preference information, and provide suggestions to the development of new services to expand our market share


Determine target clients and the market for our services and search for, select, and develop a relationship with potential clients


Liaise with clients to obtain their feedback and market preference information; 


Liaising and negotiating with clients to determine matters such as contract terms & conditions, quality standard, and so on


Assess market competition by comparing the company's services to competitors'

 
Requirements for the job:

At least 3 years of relevant experience OR
At least a bachelor's degree in the relevant field
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Multitasking ability

The pay rate for successful applicants will be paid between $33 to $38 per hour depending on skill and experience.
