RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively pursue new business in a strategic manner, through face-to-face cold calling. Generation of new leads and opportunities. Business to business selling of a solution that every business requires: Waste & Recycling - helping keep NZ clean. Developing and nurturing existing customers through systematic cycle visits and interactions. Recording detailed notes to support future contact. Demonstrate a keen passion to drive the business forward and continue to grow. Meeting and exceeding realistic weekly activity KPI's. Maintain a thorough understanding of the business, identifying opportunities and solutions for continued improvement. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Driven and ambitious by nature; you love the thrill of winning new business and nurturing customers. Well-presented and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate you are outgoing by nature; enjoy meeting people and have a strong focus on customer service. Have your own roadworthy vehicle and a valid full New Zealand Drivers Licence. Previous face-to-face, cold call selling experience will be highly regarded.
