This role is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm at our Penrose Branch.  You will be able to juggle several tasks at once and have an excellent phone manner, as this role is telephone-based. You will confidently demonstrate a positive and professional image over the phone and online, be a skilled communicator, and use your creativity and innovation to provide solutions to meet customer and business needs.
