Business Development Manager (Vietnam)

Business Working hours: 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday
Offered hours a week: 30-35

Location: L3, Tower 1, 205 Queen Street, Auckland CBD, New Zealand

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive top-line revenue growth, bottom-line profitability, and strength customer loyalty

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the
Vietnamese market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
educational institutions and business partners from overseas

Lead the development and promotion of visa services and
educational products.

Manage the business unit's operations to ensure alignment with company goals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer
needs to ensure the business remains  competitive.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

May travel to overseas to attend education fairs and organize offshore seminars in Vietnam

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, preferably in
immigration or international education.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

A passion for driving success and creating positive changes in the industry.

Minimum 5 years' experience in the sales and business
development role or bachelor's degree in the business field.

Excellent English ability
