We achieve this by two key strategies: 'Supporting and Challenging' and 'Sharing, Learning and Succeeding Together'.The role consists of managing Solar Ambassadors to generate leads, attending to appointments or following up leads that we have generated through various means, and leading Project Coordinators to ensure an amazing experience of installing solar on customers' properties. The candidate will become a subject matter expert in Solar Power and Batteries, Electricity and Gas Bills, EVs, Climate Change, and Sustainability initiatives.The ideal candidate must have a high degree of maturity, great leadership skills, be a team player, and be able to positively engage and educate potential customers.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading Solar Ambassadors and Project Coordinators to optimal sales performance and customer experience.Contributing to the success of the organization by guiding quality prospects through the sales channel.Managing lead flow to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully grow team sales.Presenting solar roof design, battery technology, and grid energy proposals to prospective customers.Outlining service agreements, attending to all inquiries, and guiding customers to agreement execution.Guiding customers through to installation ensuring customer satisfaction and quality assurance.Cross-selling other value-added services and products to prospective customers.Dealing with objections and customer retention initiatives.Professionally managing customer relationships for all inquiries and creating referral opportunities.Working with reseller organizations to generate leads and close sales.Exceeding set quotas and working in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsMust have at least 3 years + experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Manager in Solar, Electricity, Telco, Insurance, Financial Services, or related industry.Experience in the solar industry will be given preference but is not mandatory.Ability to learn new technology, policies, and work procedures.Be proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to use sound judgment in the qualifying process.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible with the competent ability to plan and prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.A persuasive, confident phone manner is required.Career path and visa support opportunities for top performers.Working HoursWe operate Mondays to Saturday and offer flexible working hours.40 hours per week.Setting you up to succeedPaid training with the nation's leader in solar power.Personal Development program to be an effective leader and salesperson.Mentoring and shadowing programs for you to learn from the best.If you want to contribute to protecting our environment, join a dynamic team that believes in learning and succeeding, then we'd love to hear from you.
