The Role You will be required to bring in new business for the company across New Zealand, to deliver Sales, Profit and Market Share objectives, customer satisfaction and growth!
This is a permanent full-time position, based in the Auckland, commencing immediately.
Key Responsibilities Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.Ensure leads and referrals are followed up with clients in a timely fashion.Present solution-based outcomes on the spot when in front of potential clients.Conduct mail outs for new customers and introduce customer relationship managers as part of customer onboard.Maintain and execute high levels of customer service resulting in positive customer reviews.Maintaining and updating CRM with all activities, deals, customer information and any other detail.Follow the monthly and quarterly sales and activity plan to meet and exceed targets, targeting accounts as directed.Participate in sales team events, training, coaching, and developing new team members when required.About You Ability to develop new business and have a 'hunter' mentality.Proven history of Business Development experience desired however not essentialKPI driven attitude outcomesSelf-motivated with attention to detail and excellent computer skills.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills who can sell value.Team player, being able to work in groups or independently as this role will also require you to work autonomously.Valid driver's license.Benefits The chance to join a growing organisation with an exciting future.Stability, job security and opportunities for career progression.Positive and rewarding team culture where great work is recognised and rewarded.Opportunity to have an impact across the entire business.Flexibility providing a healthy work, life balance.Please note: A criminal background check will make up part of the recruitment process.
